On the Caribbean coast (Colombia) because of its geographical location the inhabitants face high temperatures and humidities own environment. To this we add the effect of global warming, and thus the phenomenon of child who have suffered in recent times. To counteract the inclement weather, there are air conditioning units that help counteract this phenomenon.

In turn, the current electricity provider in charge so far has been ineffective in solving the problem, not only in terms of quality but at the cost that the service is supplied.
